Medical Protection Cover Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions of purchase for private individuals

At medicalprotectioncover.se, shopping is easy and safe. We will ship your items the same day if your order reaches us before 14:00, otherwise the day after. We always offer fast deliveries and you as a customer have access to our customer service and expertise every weekday 8.00-16.00. 

Freight

Uniform shipping cost 85 SEK, applies to all goods and purchases to a delivery address within Sweden.

Price

All prices shown on medicalprotectioncover.se are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We follow the Swedish Tax Agency’s table for VAT rates, currently 25% VAT applies to our products. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price that was current at the time of your order is the one that applies regardless of whether the price goes up or down afterwards.

Payment

We work with Klarna to be able to offer you as a customer alternative payment methods. You choose between partial payment, card payment and direct payment. Payment instructions will be emailed out by Klarna in connection with your order being shipped from our warehouse. Delivery

We will ship your items the same day if your order reaches us before 14:00, otherwise the day after. Normally, your order will be delivered within 1-3 non-holiday working days.

Delivery

We use DHL for our shipments. Notification is made via text message to the number you provide. You pick up your package when it suits you at a DHL agent in Sweden.

Incorrect shipping address

If an incorrect address is provided that results in the shipment not being delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional costs.

Delay

We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays can occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery on a specific date and always reserve the right for delays. We reserve the right to cancel your order if there are problems with deliveries to us or problems with payment. In the event of unforeseen events beyond our control, Force Majeure, (such as war, natural disaster, strike, fire or non-delivery from our subcontractor), Medical Protection Cover is not responsible for the delays.

Cancelled purchases and returns

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal (calculated from the time you receive the product) according to the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts.

If you want to invoke your right of withdrawal and return your item, send the item back to us together with the completed return form.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send your item back to us within 14 days and without delay from the time you received the item. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

You pay for the return cost of sending your item back to us. You return by paying directly at the agent according to the current postage table of the shipping company of your choice. Always save the receipt and consignment number that proves the return until the return is received by us.

Once we have received the item and checked that it is in good condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase. Read more under “Refund” below.

If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of how you as a customer have handled and examined the product, a deduction may be made on the refund corresponding to the product’s depreciation.

Change

To exchange your item for another, you return according to our return terms and conditions and then order the item you want instead.

Complaints

When you as a customer pick up or receive your order, you must immediately check that the packaging is complete and that the contents are complete and functional. The right of complaint only covers original defects and not, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints are made via email to info@medicalprotectioncover.se Always attach pictures, information about when the defect was discovered and a detailed description of the defect. Do not send the item back until you have received a response from us and how we assess the complaint. Medical Protection Cover reserves the right to remedy the defect in the first instance, in the second instance redelivery of the product and ultimately to repurchase. Complaints to Medical Protection Cover must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, but no later than within three years.

Refund

If the order has already been paid, Klarna will contact you for a refund of the remaining

Är beställningen redan betald kontaktar Klarna dig för återbetalning av återstående belopp. Återbetalning sker utan dröjsmål (normalt inom några dagar) från att Medical Protection Cover erhållit varan i retur.

Är fakturan inte betald rekommenderar vi att du rapporterar en retur till Klarna för att undvika eventuell påminnelseavgift under tiden det tar för oss att motta och hantera din retur. Det gör du enkelt på klarna.se eller via Klarnas app.

När vi har registrerat returen justeras beloppet och Klarna skickar dig en uppdaterad faktura via mail.

Åldersgräns

Minderåriga (under 18 år) får ej genomföra köp utan målmans godkännande.

Tvist

Tvister ska i första hand lösas i samförstånd med vår kundservice. Om tvisten kvarstår tillämpar Medical Protection Cover alternativ tvistlösning. Det innebär att om du som konsument har ett krav som Medical Protection Cover avslår har du möjlighet att få ärendet prövat av Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN. Medical Protection Cover förbinder sig då att följa ARNs utslag.

Övrigt

Force Majeure. Medicalprotectioncover.se är befriad från påföljd för underlåtenhet att fullgöra viss förpliktelse om underlåtenheten har sin grund i befriande omständighet enligt nedan och omständigheten förhindrar, försvårar eller försenar fullgörandet. Såsom befriande omständighet skall anses bl.a. myndighetsåtgärd eller underlåtenhet, nytillkommen eller ändrad lagstiftning, konflikt på arbetsmarknaden, blockad, brand, översvämning, sabotage, olyckshändelse av större omfattning eller annan typ av naturkatastrof. I force majeure ingår myndighetsbeslut som påverkar marknad och produkter negativt, t.ex. restriktioner i indikation, varningstexter, försäljningsförbud etc., onormal nedgång i marknaden samt om bolaget utsatts för kriminell aktivitet som påverkar verksamheten.
